Youngstown State University students earning a perfect 4. President's List - Jul 6. YSU awards diplomas at Spring Commencement. More than 1, students were awarded undergraduate and advanced degrees and certificates at Youngstown State University's Spring Commencement.

Greek Organizations - Apr Scholarship - Oct The Clarence P. Gould Honor Society of Youngstown State University has inducted 40 juniors and seniors into its 63rd cohort. Inductees were evaluated for academic excellence as well as depth and breadth of study. New members are elected from the top students choosing a curriculum founded in the liberal arts and sciences from the Cliffe College of Creative Arts and Communication, the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

Academic Award - May Business students study abroad in Japan. The day trip in January introduced YSU students to Japanese cultures, international businesses and explored resources available to startups in the global marketplace.

One high jump mat with a bungee bar will be available for practice. The pole vault area will not be available. The east end of the field will be open for throwing shot put and discus on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Open Track Nights will not be available if the University closes due to weather. Participants utilizing the long jump pit will be responsible for raking the sand and sweeping around the pit area.

Participants utilizing the long jump pit and high jump area are permitted to put tape down to mark their starting point, but that tape is to be removed at the end of each night by the participants. NO pin or needle spikes, spike elements, or any other type of spike will be allowed.
