What is divine love

Because God loves us and wants us to be happy. These arguments are used by anti-Christs to woo people with deception. Does this mean the Lord does not love the sinner? Of course not.

The most fundamental feature of Divine love is that it tends to transcend itself. In other words, it has a strong urge to overcome itself, which in turn leads to an equally strong urge for creation. At the same time, this also means that the key of spiritual development is having and experiencing Divine love.

The greatest thing a person can experience is their unity with the Divine. If only we could experience a piece of that love, our joy would be so great, so intense, and so all-inclusive, that we could hardly restrain it at all.

The Divine love has an enormous power of attraction. The Divine love seeks no object to express itself. The Divine love permeates the entire Divine creation. It has a totally equal effect on sinners and on saints. You might think that you are looking for human love, prosperity, abundance, social status, money, or something else, but actually behind all these manifestations there is your Higher self calling you from the distance. In contrast to the Divine, human love is possessive.

It is directed toward the object of our love. If there is a certain object say a person that we direct our love toward, we step out of the River of Life and put an end to the process of our own transcendence. For example, that my partner is behaving in a certain way. Ordinary love is entrenched in the fulfillment of our desires. In contrast, Divine love has no borders, no limitations, no conditioning. Our loved ones promise us that they will love us forever.

But how can that be? The words "Divine Love" have been used in many contexts to convey different meanings. But in the context of our Heavenly Father, Divine Love is the greatest gift in all the universe.

It transcends all else that can assist humankind fulfill their dreams of happiness and have them resolved within themselves. God's Divine Love is the one thing in all of God's infinite universe that can bring about eternal life and everlasting happiness in the Celestial Kingdom. What is Divine Love?

The Divine Love differs from the natural love of man with which he was endowed when created, which belongs to all humans, and which they all possess in a more or less perfect condition in this: that the Divine Love is that Love which belongs to or is a part of God, possessing His Nature and composed of His Substance, and which, when possessed by a human soul to a sufficient degree, makes him divine and of the nature of God reference.
